Manpower Group (USA) is recruiting a Boiler Operator Helper for our Educational services client in the United States. The role supports the Operations Department and the Utility Plant team during the heating season, with potential extension.

Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required. You will work on a swing shift, learning to operate boilers, monitor steam production, and keep detailed records while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate boilers and maintain proper steam pressure and water levels in a generating plant.

• Make minor adjustments and repairs to boilers and related equipment.
• Report potential problems and assist in maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.
