Artisan Chef Manufacturing Company in Lawrence, MA is seeking a dedicated Third Engineer Boiler Technician to join our busy industrial facility. You will operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and related systems to ensure safe, efficient performance.

This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, willingness to work nights/weekends, and the ability to train junior staff. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within our expanding operation.

Qualifications

• Shift work including nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• On-Call availability for emergencies or critical situations.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of boiler operations and maintenance.
• Experience with high-pressure emergency situations.
• Valid Third Engineer Boiler Operator certification as per local standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers, feed water, fuel systems and auxiliaries.
• Maintain proper pressure and temperatures per specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Document activities and report to supervisor.
• Train junior engineers and participate in safety drills.
