Zusammenfassung

Baker Commodities is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to operate and maintain high pressure boilers and appurtenances in a safe and efficient manner.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning while following lockout/tagout and other safety procedures. The role requires a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer license and a high school diploma.

Qualifikationen

• Massachusetts Engineer License, Second Class is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months of experience.
• Less than 5% travel required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain high pressure boilers and appurtenances safely and in compliance with laws.
• Perform maintenance repair in boiler room safely and efficiently.
• Repair, rebuild and replace pumps as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and painting as required.
• Assist plant personnel and co-workers as needed.
• Interact professionally and ethically with others.
• Follow department and company procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Complete reports for appropriate state and federal agencies.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation.
