Job summary

Sprung Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 24/7 food manufacturing facility in Burnsville, MN.

Maintenance on production equipment and facility systems will be performed with limited supervision to minimize downtime while upholding safety, food safety, and quality standards. The role requires a Minnesota 2B Boiler License or higher, and a strong electro-mechanical background.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Minnesota 2B Boiler License or higher required.
• 10+ years in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Monitor high-pressure boiler for safe operation and compliance with GMP.
• Read and interpret schematics and diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
