Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent boiler/mechanical contracting experience.
• 8+ years in commercial boiler or mechanical service with 4+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Boiler Service and Boiler Projects organizations.
• Direct the Boiler Service Supervisor and Boiler Projects Supervisor.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget, and operational objectives.
• Own revenue, gross margin, operating income, labor utilization, and forecasting.
• Lead WIP reviews, backlog planning, and financial forecasting.
