Job summary

Ergon, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Controls Technician to inspect and maintain boilers and thermal fluid heaters across the network, applying electrical and combustion control skills to keep systems safe and efficient.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), a 40-hour week with 4/10s in season, and potential overtime. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lb are required.

Qualifications

• Experience tuning burner combustion on natural gas.
• Proficient with electrical multi-meter and low voltage control circuitry.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain firetube boilers and thermal fluid heaters.
• Keep accurate service records and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with customer teams to ensure reliable operations.
• Maintain safe work practices and hazard recognition.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
