Job summary

Thermal InMotion, a subsidiary of Burnham Holdings, Inc., seeks a Controls Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, program, and maintain electrical control systems for boiler and burner controls. This full-time, hourly role operates Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, serving industrial and commercial clients in York, PA.

The technician will read schematics, diagnose issues, ensure safety compliance, and document labor and costs while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as electrical controls technician or similar role.
• Experience with boiler/burner controls and combustion equipment preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair electrical control systems and related equipment.
• Read and modify schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Maintain safety compliance and complete service documentation.
