Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks an assembler in Boyertown, PA (1st shift, Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) with hands-on tool experience to build boilers and thermal control equipment. You will read blueprints, install components, and perform functional tests while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is willing to train, can interpret technical drawings, and works well with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Willing to train.
• Mechanical understanding of how things work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boilers and thermal control equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Install valves, pumps, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, controls, sensors, and related components.
• Perform pressure testing, leak testing, and functional testing of completed assemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly, mechanical, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards, engineering requirements, and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve assembly processes and product performance.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
