Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead kitchen operations for Guckenheimer. This full-time role runs roughly 12:30 pm–8:00 pm, Mon–Fri, overseeing food prep, staff scheduling, and service delivery.

Ideal candidates have culinary experience, HACCP knowledge, ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it), and strong leadership. Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance plus a leave program.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience in a volume food service environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP processes and food safety practices.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating staff.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals.
• Lead and schedule prep kitchen staff; ensure staffing levels.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Monitor inventory and control costs within budget guidelines.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members.
