Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group in Austin is seeking a BOH Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, ensure food safety and quality, and guide the team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will oversee prep, temperature controls, and adherence to company standards on each shift.

The role requires 21+ years old, 2+ years as a shift lead/sous chef, and ServSafe/Food Safety certifications. Holiday, night, and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 2 years as a shift lead or sous chef
• Food Safety, State Alcohol and ServSafe Manager certification required
• Availability to work holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist KM/GM to lead BOH cast; ensure food preparation and sanitation
• Ensure freshness via rotation and quality control
• Check storage temps daily; log temps and notify maintenance
• Communicate and implement changes to kitchen systems/procedures
• Perform daily opening, mid and closing duties
• Attend training for new menu items; train kitchen staff
• Perform other related duties as necessary
