Job Summary

We are looking for an hourly full‑time AM Prep BOH Supervisor to manage the morning prep team from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday‑Friday, with possible nights and weekends. Because all dishes are made from scratch, there is a lot of prep to handle. Every Friday and Saturday night the venue transforms into a Latin nightclub from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM; kitchen staff usually finish by midnight.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of BOH staff, food preparation and production, and kitchen clean‑up.
• Oversee daily prep operations and ensure a smooth start to service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in the restaurant industry, in BOH.
• Advantage: culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Strong culinary and knife skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read and write English; Spanish is a plus.
