Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Director to lead the kitchen, develop the team, and drive operational excellence in a high-volume restaurant environment.

You will own the heart of our operation, coaching staff, ensuring safety and quality, and partnering with leadership to optimize systems and performance. This role emphasizes culture, accountability, and leadership development.
