Job summary

Boeing Global Services in Long Beach, CA seeks an Associate Integrated Scheduling Specialist to support the development and coordination of integrated plans and schedules for programs and projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to document work statements and ensure alignment with baseline baselines and changes.

The role requires 1+ years in scheduling/PM, and experience with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.

• 1+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills
• 1+ years of experience working with scheduling tools or databases
• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Integrated Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Long Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
• Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
• Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
• Identifies and reports performance variances
• Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 1+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills
• 1+ years of experience working with scheduling tools or databases
• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems
• Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
• Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400.
