Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn repair techniques under mentor guidance

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under instructor direction
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage and check work quality
• Complete required training and certifications for TAP
