Caliber Collision Georgetown is hiring for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. You will perform body repair work under a mentor, learn to read estimates, identify damage, and gain hands‑on skills toward earning your body technician certification.

This program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days. You’ll be trained in a supportive environment with no experience required and a path to a lasting career in collision repair.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality.
