Job summary

Caliber Collision in Indiana is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition under industry-approved techniques and learning from a mentor.

You will read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality while completing required training and certifications. No experience is required, and Caliber provides paid training, day-one benefits, and a potential career as a body technician.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift over 50 lbs) and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Learn to read estimates and identify damage.
• Work under the mentor’s direction to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Participate in TAP trainings and certifications.
