Caliber Collision Louisville location offers a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to learn body repair under a mentor, with the aim of reading estimates, identifying damage, and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You’ll learn hands-on skills and industry techniques while advancing through training.

Along the way, you’ll receive weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Be able to perform physical activity including lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn trainings and certifications related to TAP.

Responsibilities

• Learn repair techniques under mentor guidance.
• Read estimates and identify damage.
• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition and ensure quality checks.
