Job summary

OpenRoad Allard Collision LLC is seeking a skilled Body Technician in Phoenix to perform high-quality collision repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a team-focused shop with emphasis on safety, QC, and precise repair standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of collision repair experience; I-CAR and OEM certifications are valued. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience required.
• I-CAR Certification in body repair and welding preferred.
• OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes highly valued.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate vehicles legally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements.
• Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work.
• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently; follow PPE protocols.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work.
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications.
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally.

Position Overview:

As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements
• Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work
• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally
