OpenRoad Davis Paint & Collision LLC is seeking a motivated Body Technician in Oklahoma City to perform high-quality collision repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work within a team focused on safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer care, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes independent work within a blueprint-style production model, strong attention to detail, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience.
• I-CAR Certification in body repair and welding preferred.
• OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes valued.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret repair data and measurements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
• Proficient in the use of standard shop tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements.
• Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work.
• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work.
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications.
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally.

Position Overview:

As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Davis Paint & Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements
• Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work
• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
