Job summary

OpenRoad Collision group DBA Davis Paint & Collision is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Body Technician to perform high-quality collision repairs in a team-focused Oklahoma City shop. You will repair to manufacturer standards, communicate progress with the team, and operate welding and frame equipment safely while following PPE and safety protocols.

We value I-CAR Body Repair and Welding certification and OEM repair process knowledge; OEM certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience.
• I-CAR Certification in body repair and welding preferred.
• OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes highly valued.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret repair data and measurements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate vehicles legally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

• Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.

• Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work.
• Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications.
• Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally.

Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements
