Caliber Collision has an immediate opportunity for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice in Easley, SC. You will learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance, reading estimates and performing hands-on tasks.

No experience is required; you will receive paid training and benefits from day one, plus tools after 90 days and earning potential after graduation. This is a path to a lifelong career as a body technician with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Be able to perform physically demanding tasks (lift objects over 50 lbs).
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required TAP training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry techniques.
• Follow mentor directions and learn to read estimates.
• Identify damage and check work for quality and accuracy.
