Swift Transportation is hiring a Body Shop Technician in Greer, SC. Location is 1875 Hwy 101 S., Greer, SC 29651. Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, background check, and pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and related tractor and body repairs while ensuring safety compliance with DOT requirements.
• Identify damaged components and repair or replace internal/external body parts to meet OEM/DOT specs.
• Recognize non-body related repair or maintenance items (trailer, tires, etc).
• Collaborate with team to support organizational objectives and ensure safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Perform thorough inspections and related tractor and body repairs while ensuring safety compliance with DOT requirements.

• Perform inspections to identify damaged or faulty Internal/external components to meet company, OEM and DOT specifications.
• Repair or replace minor to standard Internal/external body components including cab to maximize safety of equipment while in use on public roads.
• Recognize and identify, non-body related repair or maintenance items (trailer, tires, etc).
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
