The Penske Body Shop Supervisor is responsible for managing and motivating staff while maintaining a body shop operation. The supervisor oversees tasks such as cab/sheet metal repair, composite bonding/repair, heating/air conditioning systems, surface preparation, fiberglass repair, and box repair/replacement without supervision. Additionally, this role involves performing diagnostic procedures and repairs including suspension repair/alignment, electrical, brake, cooling systems, painting, tinting, blending, welding, and fabricating under supervision.
Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, sit for extended periods, and operate tools. Work safely at heights, in all weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally. Good vision and hearing are essential for safety.
