Description of the role:

The Body Shop Receptionist at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, IL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors entering the body shop.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for customers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing paperwork related to vehicle repairs.
• Handle billing and invoicing processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the body shop team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
• CDk Experience is a plus

Benefits:
