• Lead, coach, and schedule technicians, painters, and detailers to meet production goals.
• Prepare and review repair estimates and supplements, and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
• Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and OEM repair standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and resolve concerns professionally.
• Oversee parts ordering, vendor relationships, and shop inventory.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and CSI results, and control operating costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and ensure compliance with regulations.
