Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience, with commercial liability claims experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of bodily injury liability claims.
• Interpret policy coverage and draft coverage correspondence.
• Communicate coverage determinations to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough investigations to evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Manage litigated claims and direct defense counsel.
• Drive litigation strategy toward efficient resolution.
• Negotiate claims to resolution with sound judgment.
• Participate in mediations, settlements, and trials as needed.
• Maintain accurate, well-documented claim files.
