Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is hiring a Baker for the Palm Beach Gardens location. This in-person role requires friendly, enthusiastic service and cash register knowledge. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Interviews will be held in person at the West Palm Beach location. Flexible schedule, leadership opportunities, and competitive pay are offered. Applicants should have prior customer service experience and enjoy guest interaction.

Job description

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a Baker position for Crumbl Cookies Northlake Blvd location 3333 Northlake Blvd Ste 4, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403.

This position will receive $14 to $15 an hour including tips.

All in person interviews will be held at Crumbl West Palm Beach location: 721 Village Blvd ste 107B, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
