Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some technical or mechanical training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic hand tools will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, and boat refurbishments.
• Conduct diagnostics on boat systems to identify issues.
• Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and replace boat parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with safety in mind.
• Participate in training and workshops to develop skills.
• Support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
