Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY

As a marine technician apprentice, you will work closely with experience marine technicians to gain knowledge and skills necessary to perform maintenance, repair, and service on variety of boats and other marine systems. The ideal candidate has a passion for boats and marine technology, looking to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties (Most Important to Least Important)

Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs. Assist in performing pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, and boat refurbishments.

Conduct diagnostics on boats systems to identify mechanical or electrical issues.

Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and replace various boat parts.

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Participate in training and workshops to further develop technical skills and knowledge.

Offer support to team ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality work and excellent service.

All other duties as assigned.
