Qualifications

• Complete self-led and online training curriculum/courses.
• Learn detailing, yard work, rigging and related processes under mentor guidance.
• Pass OEM certification(s) and complete apprenticeship documentation daily.
• Follow the apprenticeship program outline and achieve outlined goals.
• Assist with light duty technician tasks and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete Self-led and online training curriculum/courses.
• Detailing: gain familiarity with products and boat detailing including exterior, interior, buff and wax.
• Yard: understand yard functions, equipment operation, and safe boat movement/storage.
• Rigging: learn product assembly procedures, warranty procedures, and time management.
• Parts: exposure to parts ordering and inventory maintenance.
• Service Advisor: shadow a senior advisor, learn work order management and documentation.
• Sales: understand processes for sales and delivery of new boats.
• Interface with lead technician and riggers daily for acclimation.
• Perform light duty technician tasks such as oil filter changes and general service.
• Set up and participate in boat shows and off-site events.
• Maintain a professional workspace for customer viewing.
• Complete apprenticeship documentation daily.
• Follow the apprentice program and meet all goals.
• Other tasks as assigned.
