Full‑time Boat Service Technician

Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Full‑time Boat Service Technician in Southport, NC!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair inboard and outboard engines (gasoline and diesel)
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, tune‑ups, winterization, system checks)
• Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical and electronic systems
• Install and service steering, fuel, cooling, and propulsion systems
• Conduct fiberglass repairs, hull maintenance, and cosmetic repairs as needed
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
• Follow safety standards and environmental regulations
• Communicate repair findings and cost estimates to supervisors or customers
• Preferred having Certifications

Must pass a background and drug test

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (Based on Exp)

Hours

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
