Skeeter Products, Inc. is seeking a shop technician to prepare bass boat components for assembly. You will grind and smooth rough edges, drill holes, and cut openings per model specifications.

You will operate air-powered sanders, grinders, drills, and related tools while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a dusty, loud environment. The role requires wearing a full-face respirator and protective gear, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following precise instructions to ensure proper hole locations and

Qualifications

• Must wear a full-face respirator for 8+ hours daily.
• Good quality habits are required.
• Good attendance habits are required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Use of air-powered hand tools such as pneumatic grinders and saws.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, push/pull.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs continually.
• Ability to work in heat.
• Ability to work around extreme dust, noise and fiberglass particles.
• Manual dexterity.
• Use of tape measure.

Responsabilités

• Operate air-powered sanders, grinders, drills, hole saws, mini-saws and air files.
• Ensure surfaces and edges are smooth and holes are in correct locations.
• Perform in a dusty and noisy environment with heavy physical effort.
• Wear full-face respirator, Tyvek suit and hearing protection during sanding.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and in proper operating condition.
