Skeeter Products, Inc. in Kilgore, TX is seeking a Laminator to prep boats for production by performing hand lay-up/roll-out of fiberglass lamination on decks, hulls, or parts.

You will operate brushes and rollers, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate supply needs to the supervisor. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift 20 lbs. Training is provided to learn lamination procedures and achieve quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and perform bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Work in heat and around dust, chemical, fumes and fiberglass particles.
• Manual dexterity and good hand–eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Performs hand lay-up/roll out fiberglass lamination on decks, hulls, or parts.
• Operates brushes and rollers to apply lamination material.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Follows established lamination procedures and quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
