Boater's World Marine Centers in Bradenton, FL is looking for a Consignment Sales Consultant to help boat owners sell their vessels and grow dealership inventory. You will work with sellers, buyers, and leadership to manage the consignment process from initial conversation to final sale in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, following up on opportunities, and staying organized, with a proactive approach to managing multiple conversations and leads at once.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience with follow-up, lead generation and relationship building.
• Experience using Facebook Marketplace, online listings, and CRM tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with boat owners looking to sell and manage consignment flow.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Source inventory via referrals, online platforms, and dealership leads.
• Manage conversations from initial contact to final sale and consignment agreement.
