Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking a high-energy Consignment Sales Consultant to grow our inventory by closing consignment and direct-sale opportunities with boat owners. You will prospect for boats, market yourself on social media, and build a strong network to drive sales.

The role requires outbound calling, relationship-building, and a hunter mentality to create opportunities and close deals in a fast-paced environment. Commission-based compensation powers significant income potential.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and strong prospecting skills to generate opportunities.
• Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated with comfort talking to people.
• Comfortable marketing the dealership and yourself on social media.
• Confident making outbound calls and building a pipeline of buyers/sellers.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for boats through various channels and help owners decide between direct sale or consignment to Boater's World.
• Convert conversations into appointments, purchases, and consignments.
• Negotiate purchase and consignment opportunities over the phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate activity and follow-up in the CRM, managing multiple conversations.
