Boater's World Marine Centers in Islamorada, FL, is seeking a high-energy Consignment Sales Consultant to grow inventory and drive six-figure earnings through active prospecting and relationship-building with boat owners across the Florida Keys.

You'll prospect for boats, decide between direct sale or consign, market yourself via social networks and Facebook Marketplace, and close deals with confidence over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in automotive/marine/powersports or high-activity sales.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, social media, and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with boat owners in Islamorada and the Florida Keys considering selling their boats.
• Help customers decide between direct sale to Boater's World or consigning with the dealership.
• Actively prospect for boats through Facebook Marketplace, online listings, referrals, marina relationships, and your network.
• Build relationships with local boat owners, fishing enthusiasts, marina personnel, and the Keys boating community.
• Market yourself through social media and develop your personal presence as a contact point for sellers.
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective sellers.
• Identify opportunities through local boating events, community connections, and dealership relationships.
• Negotiate purchase and consignment opportunities over the phone and in person.
