Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Palm Bay, FL is looking for a Part-Time Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to help customers choose boats and ATVs. You will greet shoppers, assess needs, share product knowledge, and close sales while maintaining showroom standards and CRM follow-ups.

You'll support service department handoffs, participate in events, and strive to meet monthly sales goals. This role requires a friendly, professional communicator with basic math and POS skills.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Determines boating/ATV needs and helps customers make informed buying decisions.
• Prepares showroom and maintains product presentation and cleanliness.
• Generates leads and documents follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Meets monthly sales goals based on part-time status and schedule.
• Performs paperwork and supports events like boat shows and parking lot events.
