Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed boat and ATV purchases and provide outstanding service. You will engage customers, determine their needs, share product information, and help close sales while maintaining product knowledge and promotional awareness.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and reliability, with opportunities to participate in events and manage leads through the CRM and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meets with potential customers to determine boating/ATV needs.
• Provides information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintains product knowledge and awareness of pricing and promotions.
• Operates the Point of Sale system and processes transactions.
• Generates and manages leads in the CRM tool and documents follow up activities.
