Bass Pro, LLC in Arkansas is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions and to deliver world-class service in-store.

You will greet customers, determine boating or ATV needs, maintain product knowledge, manage CRM leads, keep the showroom inviting, and coordinate with the service department to ensure seamless delivery while aiming to meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in buying decisions for Boat & ATV products.
• Greet customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Determine boating and ATV needs with potential customers.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge using brochures, internet and trainings.
• Stay aware of advertised items, pricing structures and promotions.
• Work with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to the customer.
• Prepare showroom each morning with proper signage and clean, presentable products.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM, documenting follow ups and daily tasks.
• Participate in events such as Boat Shows and Parking Lot events.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on employment status and schedule.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area and adhere to company policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
