Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Experience with basic construction tools and safety equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in construction or emergency services is a plus.
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
