24Restore is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a crew of 2–4 during fire-damage restoration projects in Ramsey, MN. You will be responsible for getting the team to sites on time and ready to work, keeping projects on schedule, and fostering a culture of accountability and pride in the job.

The role requires leadership, grit, reliability, and drive, with training provided if needed. A DOT physical, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Job description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead from the front

Take charge of a crew of 2–4 team members

Make sure your team gets to every job site on time and ready to work

Keep projects on schedule and finished within the timeline given

Build a culture of hard work, accountability, and pride in the job

Respond when it counts

Answer new fire loss calls and secure damaged properties fast

Board up windows, tarp roofs, and set temporary fencing

Winterize properties that have lost power or heat

Handle fire damage demolition, property preservation, and odor control

Own your equipment

Keep assigned vehicles maintained, clean, stocked, and running right

Manage DOT logs for all assigned vehicles

Manage tools and supplies to prevent loss, theft, and unnecessary breakage

Experience preferred, but we will train the right person. Attitude matters more than a resume.

Able to pass a DOT physical exam
