Board-Up Technician

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Board-Up Technician to join our fast‑paced emergency response team. If you are skilled with tools, take pride in helping people during a crisis, and want to be part of a company that values your work — this could be the job for you!

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Secure residential and commercial properties affected by fire, flood, storms, break‑ins, or vehicle impact
• Install emergency board-ups and tarps
• Conduct roof inspections and temporary repairs following storm damage
• Perform basic carpentry and use power tools
• Assist with facility maintenance and other field service tasks as needed
• Respond to after-hours calls as part of an on‑call rotation
• Collect signatures on service agreements and document damage onsite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
