Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical electronics training preferred.
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints.
• Hands-on soldering and testing in a production setting.
• Ability to work with very small components with precision.
• Familiarity with electrical testing of assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Test components and assemblies down to board level for proper function.
• Perform bench testing, troubleshooting, and repair using appropriate tools.
• Assemble products and sub-assemblies per blueprints and work instructions.
• Apply AC/DC troubleshooting theory to identify issues.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics to guide work.
• Carry out repetitive, detail-oriented assembly with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with a technician to assemble and repair as needed.
• Handle small components with care and use proper techniques.
• Perform soldering on boards and components per standards.
• Assist with wire harness assembly and integration when required.
• Conduct electrical tests to verify specifications and quality.
