Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electronics Assembler Technician to test, troubleshoot, repair, and assemble electronic components down to the board level. You will perform bench tests, read schematics, and apply AC/DC theory in a fast-growing production environment.

The role requires handling extremely small components, soldering, and collaborating with a technician to maintain quality while meeting production goals. Contract to hire; on-site in Newtown, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electronics training preferred.
• Experience with electrical assembly and bench testing.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Test components and assemblies to verify functionality down to board level.
• Perform bench testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronics.
• Assemble products and sub-assemblies per blueprints and schematics.
• Apply AC/DC theory to identify and fix circuit issues.
• Read wiring diagrams to guide assembly and testing.
• Maintain accuracy in repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
