Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Manager II for Board Engagement & Giving in the United States. You will be responsible for advancing CRS’s philanthropic strategy through the engagement of Foundation and Governing Board Directors and manage a portfolio of key donors while supporting CRS's comprehensive fundraising campaign.

This role involves strategic donor cultivation, organizing events, and planning initiatives that align with campaign goals. A Bachelor's degree and significant experience in fundraising and board development are required. We offer a robust benefits package for U.S.-based staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in fundraising, board development, or strategic engagement.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience working with institutional or private donors.

Responsibilities

• Manage cultivation and stewardship strategies for major donors.
• Develop engagement strategies for individual givers.
• Support board engagement initiatives.
