Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to lead clinical teams in delivering ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes supervision of therapists, data-driven program design, and ongoing collaboration with families and school partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, a BACB-registered BCBA, and experience with autism, with a commitment to high-quality, client-centered care and flexible scheduling options including full or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review and update on a regular basis.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individual goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.
