Job summary

Succeed ABA in Bloomington, Indiana, is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to supervise therapists, design ABA curricula, and drive data-based decisions for children across infancy to 21 years.

You will review reports, communicate with families, and collaborate with a Program Manager to maintain high-quality cases while offering training and support to parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is essential.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Create and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs accordingly.
• Write data-driven progress reports for supervised clients.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to ensure quality of cases.
• Suggest integrating individualized goals into families' daily routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
