Job summary

Succeed ABA in Indiana is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a difference in a child's life. You will supervise behavioral therapists, design ABA curriculum plans, and update programs to meet each client’s needs in home, school, or community settings.

You will review reports, analyze data, communicate with parents, and coordinate with the Program Manager to maintain quality of cases. Training for parents and staff is included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavior therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update as needed.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven changes.
• Write progress reports for supervised clients.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain case quality.
• Suggest incorporating individualized goals into families’ routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases

• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

• Design behavior intervention plans

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

• Regular communication with parents

• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases

• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine

• Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB

• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum

• Valid Driver’s License
