Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children on the autism spectrum from infancy through young adulthood. You will supervise behavioral therapists, design ABA curriculum plans, and review data to guide program decisions in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is expected.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists on cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and regularly review/update them.
• Design behavior intervention plans for clients.
• Clinically review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and client progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Incorporate individualized goals into families' daily routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
• Valid Driver’s License
