Job summary

Succeed ABA is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to positively impact children’s lives across in-home, school, and community settings. You will supervise therapists, develop and review ABA plans, and ensure high-quality data-driven progress for each client.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, autism experience, and a valid driver’s license. Both full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours are available to support families and children’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB required.
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain case quality.
• Suggest incorporating individualized goals into families’ daily routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.
